How to order a repeat prescription


There are 3 ways to order your Repeat Prescription from the Practice. 

Please note prescription requests made via the General & Appointment telephone lines will be transferred through to the repeat prescription voicemail. This enables our call handlers to answer calls relating to general queries and appointment requests as efficiently as possible. 

Please allow 4 working days for your prescription to be sent to your nominated pharmacy.

NHS APP

Order your repeat prescription online at a time that suits you via the NHS App. You can easily choose where your prescriptions are sent. You can also order your prescription at any time that suits you. There's no need to wait on the phone line or wait until the surgery opens. It's easy to use and your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security.

If you hit a snag you can go to 'Help' in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.

Click HERE to order your repeat medication via our online Practice form.

Please provide details on the medication name, dosage & quantity.

Also include where you would like to collect the prescription from. 

TELEPHONE 

You can order by telephoning 01228 888501 and leaving a voicemail message.

This line is available during surgery opening hours only.

You can also call the main switchboard number 01228 588121 and selecting option 1 - Order Repeat Prescription. 

When leaving a message please include your:

  • name
  • date of birth
  • address
  • which prescription items you require
  • which pharmacy you would like to collect them from

 

Please allow 4 working days for your prescription to be sent to your nominated Pharmacy
